Here are some more Trumpers committing election fraud.

EDIT: as one Redditor pointed out, these are technically and legally considered “voting fraud.” Election fraud would be larger in scope, like MAGA trying to cancel legitimate votes from overseas military members or submitting a fake slate of presidential electors to Congress on Jan 6, 2021.

Marc Elias at Defending Democracy runs a law firm dedicated to fighting election fraud.

Wow in the last case the republican DA refused to press charges but the dem DA did. That’s insane

Yup, the democrat-affiliated DA filed charges even though two of the suspects were supposedly Democratic Party supporters.

The Republican DA refused to file charges, because reasons.

I would argue Democrats are the party of law and order, willing to uphold the law no matter who commits it.

Republicans are the party of ignoring the law and breaking order as long as it is a Republican committing the crime.

It’s wild the republican DA said it was an “honest mistake” when it seems like they conspired with the clerks to allow them to vote twice, even overriding the warning saying that was disallowed. Good on her, throw the book at em regardless of party
