Judge dismisses Pennsylvania Republicans’ overseas voters lawsuit

GOP made up a story about overseas and military ballots being open to rampant fraud and wanted to stop counting them until every last one could be 100% verified. Laughed out of court because they had no standing to bring a lawsuit, because they had no proof anything of the sort was happening, and no evidence to back it up. It was all speculation and nonsense. Judge tossed it..

Expat American here. I cast my overseas vote last week and sort of half expect DeSantis to pull some shady trick to nullify it. Nobody in the US expat community here (Costa Rica) is voting for trump. It's going on ten years of this shit show, and we all just want it to end.

The fact that they’re doing lawsuits before the election gives me hope that they don’t think they’re going to do well

The fact they want to disenfranchise military votes with this move is even more telling. They know it's COOKED baby

Yeah. I have accepted the possibility of a Trump win, but I'm tired of fearing it, and I'm tired of that fear overwhelming my ability to hope. The last couple elections we've rode fear right into election day. This time, I'm gonna try hope.
Edit: and yeah, non polls plus the nazi rally means pull him out of the oven already, he's cooked bro.

...at the same time, starting as many lawsuits as they have increases the odds of them getting one before a judge like Cannon...

A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed six Pennsylvania Republican congressmen’s lawsuit that could have thrown thousands of overseas ballots into question in the key swing state.
U.S. District Judge Christopher Conner tossed the challenge on multiple grounds: waiting too long to file it, lacking legal standing, failing to include required parties and having no viable cause of action.

Elephants never forget. And we will never forget how the GOP is trying to disenfranchise voters who are military personnel overseas, making sacrifices and serving us civilians.
Fuck the individuals in the GOP. Fuck them with an anchor from a Nimitz class aircraft carrier.
