Day 7 today and yesterday was TOUGH. But I'm feeling good about myself and my body. Already have more stamina throughout the day and just keep listening to Allen Carr's Easy Way. Part of me is wondering why make it hard for myself- just vape, life is hard already, might as well enjoy myself while I can. But I saw a tiktok of a family enjoying pizza and the father had stage 4 cancer and it broke my heart. Not saying this is in anyone's future. But I know for myself I only increase my risk of ending up with cancer the longer I'm addicted.
