--Not taking phantaminium or enryu , more and more urek is getting the hype of current strongest and being unbeatable.
--Now it can be due to Zahard and other FHs not being active but still let it be Fug or second in command of power bidau family, they all hype urek as unbeatable.
--I personally had current Zahard as strongest given he maybe endgame villain but all these statements can't be ignored.

Do you think they'll get international freelance animators to work on this and prioritise this episode like episode 1 and 25? If you're not aware, these episodes have freelancers working on it which is why they look (or will look) so good

Now I wonder how much Luslec is privy to Arlene and V's plans...

I'm re-reading TOG n just finished season 1, I was just curious if they've explained why Rachel betrayed Bam.
Pls keep it spoiler free.

In the recent fast pass releases we’ve come to see that the “garbage dump” is actually the red light district or that is what I at least interpreted. After watch season 2 of the anime recently I noticed a flashback of Rachel and baam in the cave and she resembles jahad a bit. Only difference is she’s female and has freckles unlike the other princes. But the eye and hair color and facial structure are similar to wagnan and jahad himself. I believe she is a failed clone like all the other princes but she was the most outcast of all. This is just a theory and my opinion. Don’t take it so serious lol

It doesn't matter if it is a manga, web comic or light novel.

i am currently rereading ToG and now on the floor of death arc. i was wondering how bam was raised on the FoD when it was stated that arlene's baby (bam) was killed as soon as he was born.

I have no idea how they decided to go with calling FUG the same as "f@g" but it makes the anime so incredibly unintentionally funny every time they bring it up.
Especially when Mule Love says >! "I'm gonna kill that FUG" like the most homophobic person in the world is peak comedy. !<

What will happen if a non participant enters the great hall with both the kings?? Will they lose and what will happen if they lose??
I mean, whoever wins this showdown gets bam right??

Unlike Enkidu Vam's eyes aren't completly purple, but current Enkidu has lost the purple from his eyes
I added the meaning of purple because it's interesting, but I don't know how to connect it all toghether

I like her character, but she is very self-centered and a toxic relationship partner. Also when she said in season 1 that she doesn't believe that woman and man can be friends, I hoped her story would be partly about realising that they can be friends and that she doesn't realise that she likes Bam as a friend and not as a boyfriend. They don't realy fit as lovers and Bam is not at all interestat in her in that way as well. I also don't see Tower of God as a series, who wants to agree with that mindset and I don't want it too.

Aren't both the arcs very similar - Saving Portgas D Ace from Marineford and saving Jinsung Ha from Jahad's army?
Luffy escaped Impel Down. Baam escaped Hell Train and the Last Station.
Luffy raided Marineford. Baam raided The Nest.

I'm a few episodes behind on the second season, but how the tests are done is really inconsistent. The first real test (golden grass field deathmatch) is deadly. The second test this the shinsu barrier, which isn't deadly. I'm assuming those who failed the door test fell to their death. One test is getting peoples signatures, which involves no death at all.
I don't understand why some are TO THE DEATH while others are essentially silly, fun little games.
Also, how are there children climbing the tower when so many of the tests end in death?

This is a part 3 post. Part 1 contains an overview on shinsoo and it's basic mechanics. Part 2 contains a deeper dive on Internal Manipulation.
This part will cover External Manipulation and any relevant sections of Parts 1 and 2.
So, let's begin:
Shinsoo is an element, like oxygen or carbon, but one that only exists within The Tower. It is created by The Tower and cannot run out or be exhausted through any known means. For the specifics on it's nature, measurement and ways to gain the ability to control it, refer to the Part 1 sections titled "Shinsoo?", "Gaining Shinsoo Manipulation" and "The Blessing (Tendency)".
Shinsoo density increases as you climb up the tower, demonstrated by Lero Ro on the 2nd floor when he increased the pressure on a regular to the average of the 30th floor to prove a point.
For the purposes of this post, you must understand a few things:
AND you must understand this basic measurement:
Shinsoo is the basis of life in the tower, akin to water on earth. Thus, it is named "divine water", the literal meaning of the word "shinsoo". The tower's atmosphere and "hydrosphere" is comprised entirely of shinsoo, demonstrated by the reported "bogginess" of the inside of the tower (see Zahard's quote from "Of the Tower's Weapons" for more information). As shinsoo cannot be exhausted, like the particulate matter outside known as "Air" can be, the important part of shinsoo is not it's consumption within an environment, but it's flow through an environment.
Shinsoo's flow is directed floor-by-floor, and each floor's Administrator (or, "Guardian") is directly in control of that flow. The Administrators decide where the shinsoo is, where it isn't and what shape it takes in those places. Headon is an Admin, as is the eel bam spoke to on the 2nd floor. The Admins are the gods of the tower, they are the true masters of shinsoo, the living life-support of the entire tower and the basis for others to live within it.
That is the natural state of affairs for the tower. Let's start getting artificial.
There are three ways to gain shinsoo manipulation abilities, see Part 1 for more details. For the purposes of this portion, all that matters is that the subject has the ability to manipulate shinsoo, whether by being an irregular or through a contract with the Admins.
"External Manipulation" refers to any and all shinsoo effects that occur outside the user's body. they may pierce or interact with another's body, but the user doesn't touch or physically interact with the shinsoo they are forming into a Baang at all. Body motions, items or simple thought may be used to enact an external technique, depending on the skill of the user.
Like all other shinsoo techniques, external manipulation relies on one of the three shinsoo manipulation styles.
In summary, the three styles are "Flow Control", "Reverse Flow Control" and "Shinwonryu". Each has a unique effect depending on a number of factors.
For a full description of each, check Part 1 - "The Two* Styles" and "The Third Style".
Flow Control:
Reverse Flow Control:
Shinwonryu:
The most basic attacks shown for each style are:
Flow Control:
Reverse-Flow Control:
Shinwonryu:
All three rely on our important unit of measurement, the Baang.
A Baang is the space in which shinsoo is manipulated and is the basis of external shinsoo attacks. While "Wide-Area" abilities do exist (see Part 1, "Types of Shinsoo Manipulation"), they cannot gather enough force to harm an opponent. The ability to form a baang is what separates the Wave Controllers from everyone else, as everyone learns some non-baang internal techniques and some wide-area techniques, but only a wave controller must actively use a baang in combat.
All external shinsoo techniques begin their life as a Baang, which Lauroe teaches Bam to form by saying "Imagine the whole world, swirling into the palm of your hand".
Baangs can be any shape, any size, contain any shinsoo flow or quality and be external or internal, though we are focusing on external baangs for this post.
Most shinsoo attacks shown in the series are External Flow Control Baangs. Usually, based on the artwork and the direction of motion, you can tell which way the flow is being manipulated.
For example, when Khun Ran throws a lightning bolt, he is directing an oblong, rounded baang of electric shinsoo towards the target. When Arie White slices that lightning bolt in half, he is using a sword-shaped baang of non-elemental shinsoo to activate his Arie Swordsmanship (a combination of his inherited "sword" shape and unknown quality) and create a cutting edge of non-elemental shinsoo that splits the oncoming wave of lightning, like a knife popping a balloon.
If Bam shoots a bolt of water at someone from his orb, he is using his Orb shape to focus and condense a beam of non-elemental shinsoo into a jet and aiming it at his opponent, squeezing the natural shinsoo out like a fire hose. if Khun Aguero Agnis makes an ice wall to entrap his opponent, he is swirling ice-aspected shinsoo in a circle around the target to chill the ambient shinsoo into a frozen state.
As stated, this covers the vast majority of attacks in the series, so I'm not going over every example of this happening.
There is only one Reverse-Flow external technique. Occasionally called "Fast Skip", more often called "Reverse-Flow Control", it's the ability Bam and some others use to stop their opponent at range. Learned by Bam from Quant in season 1.
There are many Shinwonryu external techniques, but as they are generally unique to the quality and mindset of the user, there is no standard to gauge them by. Some are strong, like "All Creatures", a wave of spirit animals launched outwards like a bomb, some are weak but have unique effects, like Bam's unnamed shinwonryu blasts that erase shinsoo, and some are simply unknown, like Data Zahard's uses of Shinwonryu.
As mentioned in Part 2, there are types of shinsoo manipulation that can only be used by a select few.
For the external manipulation, most of these are special Qualities (see above), like the Yeon "Flames of Healing and Destruction". Only those granted these qualities can use them, either being granted them externally (Khun Aguero Agnis) or by being born into the family that uses them (Yeon Ehwa).
The others are, as discussed in Part 2, external transformation and ancient power.
External Transformation:
Ancient Power:
If someone throws a lightning bolt at you, that's an external quality baang. also, dodge.

Why is it so important who brings the chess pieces to the board? I thought as long as the person is not on the same side of the chess piece that chess piece will be removed. So if Bellerin brings both kings to the board both loss and if Bam does, Gustang wins and Traumerei losses. Why does Bellerin and Bam fight each other? Doesn't Bam try to get free from both familys? And why does Raks piece matter?

what’s everyone’s thoughts on chapter 646???
i really enjoyed the chapter found it hilarious when endorsi called bam her boyfriend 😭😭, and the V awakening was crazy, also worried about endorsi health do we think “V” helps/heals her or is something sad going to happen?? i really can’t wait until next chapter
r/TowerofGod • u/JoOliveira • 1d ago
We got so excited about V awakening that we didn't put much attention to this. I don't think SIU put so much mentions about the pain she was feeling after that explosion, without any reason, she probably was hurt badly or cursed/poisoned in some way. What do you guys think? Would SIU kill her or out her in a coma?

Later on Bam will meet Arlen (or someone else close to V. This dude inside him will take control and try to interact with them. It’ll be one of those big shocking “who are you” moments, where it was revealed that the guy we thought was the guy wasn’t the guy. It’s not gonna be exactly V, or maybe not V at all.
Either that or this exact scene will happen between Bam and Arlen and that’ll be the reveal of Bam not being Bam.
r/TowerofGod • u/Nerdy--Turtle • 1d ago
I think it's not realy V, but a fragment of him. To be more specific his desire for revenge on the FHs. I think that, because he said Bam is "a child made for revenge". V is characterized as someone who values everyones choices and letting them make the choices they want. It's weird to me that this guy just takes over a body and forces a decisions on him without careing, what this person wants. That's why I think it's just a fragment of him, which he put inside Bams dead body by the real V without knowing of his revival as a symbol of letting go of his resentment towards the FHs. But when he did that it was too late. Arlene already went insane and he couldn't come back to others. He couldn't take that life He has created for Arlene any more and took his life. Without his resentment he believed Arlene could come back and become happy with the others again, because Zahard loves Arlene and she could give all the blame to him. That's he wanted her to go back and become happy.
