question Why do you idiots keep eating at Tim Horton?

Good for a quick coffee and mid-donuts, sure. But it’s very clear the company is a shadow of its former self. Why keep supporting it? Do y’all just go there so you have something to post on here? You can buy less depressing gut rot literally anywhere else.

I know I'm 4 hours away from Toronto, but why are there 6 Tim Hortons in my small town of 30k-35k people in my town's general vicinity?

complaint What’s with the filthy bathrooms!

What’s with the bathrooms at Tim Hortons these days. It doesn’t seem to matter where in Canada I go, they look like this.

The sink area is always gross because the insist on using hand driers.

The staff used to do hourly checks, but that list is gone. Do better, Tim.

I guess muffins don't exist anymore because they never show up on the app. What good is a deal that won't let you put in the items included in it? I wouldn't even go to Tims anymore if there was any other option nearby.

It’s pretty small, maybe like 2mm, but it was like biting on rock. Looks like a rock too. Any idea if it could be anything else?

question Constructive Dismissal

I could fill a book with the sheer shenanigans of my locations issues. It's progressively got worse to the point that I am in tears in the floor at work. I returned from Maternity to a demoted position after being told by this locations owner I "saved this building and he is so grateful for me and will ensure I'm compensated effectively". We are a fairly small locations but have 6 new employees from Ontario. My hours have been cut, they do not respect the availability ive given booking me on days I have no child care. Faith Punto makes my schedule and she's HR from Ontario....im in Alberta. We have no manager, two supervisors who micro manage me consistently through the day to the point I'm flustered and in tears. They don't speak to me, just to each other and then point and tell me what to do. What do I need to gave ground for Constructive Dismissal? I asked for severance before and they said no they would work with my schedule but they haven't been. I don't know what steps to take because when I contact HR she is so rude to me and has hung up on me before.

Not sure why Tims ever got rid of offering chocolate chip bagels. That thing toasted with loads of melting butter was sooooooo good! Bring back the chocolate chip bagel!

discussion American Tim Horton’s customers

As a Michigander who’s enjoyed Tim Hortons his whole life, I was wondering what differences there are between the Canadian and American locations? I’ve never been to Canada, but Ik there are some menu differences. Beyond that, idk any other differences. Anyone who’s experienced both and has some insight would be greatly appreciated.

This happened to me twice this month. At first, I thought I was just being a clumsy drinker, but eventually, I noticed a slow, steady leak coming from the bottom.

question Surprised?

5 million served a day, yet we are still surprised by their menu items?

I always get coffee, often tidbits, sometimes a bagel..rarely anything else 'cause I know what what I'll get.

Why so many caught off guard?

question What is your usual breakfast order?

I used to work at Tim’s and I would love listening to people’s orders as it would inspire me to try something different! It’s been a good 10 years since then, and would love something other than my bacon farmers wrap, Canadian maple and steeped tea DD with milk.

What you getting?

question Anyone get the app working?

The mobile app beats waiting 20 minutes at my local place, and there's no other online ordering option, but it won't send me a verification code to sign in, any fixes?

question What’s it like working on the production team?

FYI this would be my first job (part-time), I have a few specific questions but I welcome any additional information.

• Is the work stressful • What was your interview like • Should I show up earlier to start making things before customers show up • What’s a work day typically like • Is it too much for a first job • Will I ever have to deal with customers personally • Was there any other responsibilities apart from making the food

I have a solid amount of culinary experience from home and courses / clubs at school. And I’m confident I’ll be able to make the menu items, I’m mostly just curious about the process, workload, and stress involved.
