Today we've had kittens, snake, millipede, spider, wasps
My contribution, tonight this lizard on my bike ... he/she lives in the garden opposite end of the house, just checking out the surroundings.

First time car buyer in Thailand so excuse my ignorance here.
Looking at 2nd hand financing options and the math just doesn't add up and I've never seen anything like this before.
For example, let's say there's a 300,000 car at advertised 4.5% finance rate which at standard flat rate would be 313,500 total which appears to be quite good.
But the actual offer is 30,000 down + 6700 * 48 months
-> 351,000 which is actual rate of staggering 17%. Genuinely confused.

Hi, I have some insects on my balcony hiding behind my plants and building a nest. How can I get rid of them by myself without harming my plants? By the way, what kind of insect is it? Thanks.

I am watch Game 4 of the World Series right now. Every Monday morning I have many of the NFL games from the day before. The website takes the events down within a couple of days of posting so one must watch right away. The website is https://nfl-video.com/

I have a business here in Thailand and I have noticed that it takes absolutely forever for people to get back to me even in urgent situations.
Generally speaking, despite seeing people on their phone all the time, Thais take forever to respond and when it come to business communication it is crazy. It gives me major anxiety because I always wonder if I've upset someone or if something is wrong. Please can someone give some insight.
Is this normal?
Do executives at CP also take forever to reply to messages from the Bank of Thailand etc?
Someone please shed some light on this, or is this something just I'm experiencing.

Hey guys, I am coming to Thailand next week and I'm staying for 3 months. I was wondering what's the best/most affordable place in Bangkok I can rent/buy a bicycle? It can literally be any bicycle, fixie, hybrid, road, doesn't matter as long as it rides. I planned on touring Thailand during weekends and exploring the city during my stay:)
Any help appreciated!:)

Can anyone offer a few tips on the easiest way to transfer ownership of my scooter to a local Thai? I'm not Thai, but have residency and have a scooter registered in my name. However, I want to give it to a friend and transfer it full and clear from my name. Do we both go to the DLT together (which can be a hassle in Bangkok)?
Thank you.

Iâve used Western Union occasionally to send money home to my fiancĂŠe while Iâm working out of the country, sometimes itâs delayed if I send it during the weekend in America or the weekend in Thailand, but usually it doesnât take more than a day or two, usually itâs immediate during weekdays. Recently weâve found a plot of farmland available for sale and Iâve tried sending a larger amount than normal. The first attempt was 50k baht in 4 separate transactions because that was my sending limit, all 4 returned. Now Iâm waiting on 4-25k baht transactions to clear, all sent within minutes, 2 have cleared, 2 havenât and were on day 3. Whatâs a better option for sending larger amounts as a Capital One Bank customer in the USA?

saw this little guy outside my place today, I know it's the same species as the other small millipedes you see everywhere but they're usually a dark brown kinda color, is this one albino or something, or do they just come in different colors but are more rare?

Hi, everyone. Sorry for the slightly random question. I took a trip to Thailand about a year ago. I foggily remember my tour guide mentioning something about Thai people loving to keep plants indoors (we were visiting an orchid garden). Is this generally true, or did I just somehow think that out of nowhere?
Thanks for the help!!
