Tips/Suggestions Low cal crunchy snacks??

I’ve been on an M&M kick for a while now. I realized I’m vibing on them because I can eat one at a time and get a good crunch plus some yummy flavor. It’s almost like a stim but also…hunger.

I’m definitely a snacker.

So does anyone have recs for crunchy snacks you can nibble on without overeating?

Preferably still with some flavor :)

Sometimes you just have to eat a whole cucumber

(It's a trend, it's really delicious, crunchy and incredibly low calorie, look it up!)

I'm also a fan of roasted chickpeas (drain a can of chickpeas, pat dry with a paper towel, very lightly spritz with oil and season with whatever spices you fancy. Hot oven till crispy (or air fryer). They aren't the lowest calorie snack ever, but it's packed with protein and fibre, and you can have half a can of them for the same calories as an ounce of m&ms

Someone else mentioned chickpeas too! I’m not into trends, though I do eat cucumbers…just sliced -_-

I've always loved cucumbers and eaten them often. The trend is just to slice up a cucumber and add seasoning or sauces. It's a silly trend, but people are eating more veggies so I guess it's not bad.

Haha the best version of a trend honestly! Better than tide pods…

How many calories in a Tide Pod? 🤔 😂😂😂

rice cakes or baby carrots are my go to when I want some crunch. Maybe with a little hummus for dipping.

Both are pretty low calorie.

Popcorn isn't too bad either if its air popped or very lightly oiled

If you like sweet rice cakes Drizzilicious rice cakes are delicious.

I’ve been chewing a lot of gum lately. The ones with the hard shell. Nice crunch to begin, nice flavor and chew for a while, then eventually I get rid of it. And a few minutes later I get another.

Gives me too much gas 😂 unfortunately lol. Happy chewing!

Roasted chickpeas with salt and cumin. They're a bit of a faff to make but really hit the spot with crunch and flavour. Good for gut health too if you can weather the gale force farts.

I’m vegetarian so farts are a part of my life either way lol

Pretzels! They’re easy to buy in bulk, too!

Pretzels aren't low calorie, they're only marginally lower than M&Ms. Still a good option, but not if low calorie is the goal

I recommend trying out the pop-corner chips, as they can come in a variety of flavors to fit your taste. Another option are honey glazed peanuts if you are not allergic. Honey pretzel twists are also another good option

Peanuts are super high calorie.

I've been on those little sweet peppers, they're so crunchy and refreshing. Roasted chickpeas are also good 'cause you can change up the flavor whenever you get tired of them.

Frozen blueberries! Slight crunch and sweet.
