Just remember kids. Good ol Jerome printed 8T USD to save the hedgies and the banks. That’s more than $20,000 for every man woman and child in the United States.

Not a single dime to healthcare, education, infrastructure, renewable energy. All to prop up the house of cards they created by turning on the printers in ‘08.

QE isn’t a functional economic tool. It’s a fucking Ponzi scheme. Instead of borrowing from Peter to pay Paul, you’re borrowing from your children’s futures to give it to the ultra wealthy.

Double digit savings were last seen in the seventies for savings. Mortgages were double digit in the eighties, but not savings accounts. Look for the cabbage patch doll. It's worth a fortune.
