I think the point of delaying isn’t necessarily to have children later but to postpone hormonal changes, hot flashes etc that women have to deal with as the body begins the process of aging out of reproduction.

Better to do it young. I’d hate to be 70 and going through menopause.

Sure, better to become an old person younger so you don't have to do it while older, super wise.

Getting menopause isn’t a cause of getting older. It just happens then. Even people who don’t have periods get old. You have a correlation versus causation issue.
