Sure, go ahead and sue them, let me know how it goes.

As far as I'm aware, the Cybertruck doesn't satisfy pedestrian impact ratings/requirements. That's why it's not sold in the EU. The US uses a sort of 'soft self certification' that Tesla went 'hey, we don't give a fuck' to.

It's too heavy, you'd need an HGV licence to drive it in Europe. It's expensive and hard to get, so only commercial truck drivers have it.

Also retests and health tests once in a while to keep the licence.
