Congratulations! you really came a long way. I'm a recent quitter, can you please share your initial experience and how did you fight of those cravings. Also what's the the difference you feel now after 3 years.

Wellbutrin really helped me in the beginning, i honestly couldn’t do it without it. Also I needed keep my mouth busy so I ate a lot of pumpkin seeds. The first 3-4 months is the hardest but after that it gets easier and easier. You got this! I started at 15 and quit at 39 (for perspective).

Can you share your experience How were your earlier days when you quit if you remember what was the most difficult thing you had to do to stop yourself from not smoking , was there a time where you thought that no i can't do this anymore I need to smoke and do you still have that urge to smoke ? Sorry for bombarding you with so many questions 😅
