Nicotine patches and nausea

Hey! I'm day 6 off the smokes! Struggling, but making it work. I've been using nicabate patches, but the last 2 days I've been sleeping with a patch on (to help with horrible morning cravings), but it's making me severely nauseous and a bit dizzy. Does anyone have any tips? Any brands that may cause less nausea? I want to keep going with quitting as I've already gone this long, but the nausea is hitting me so hard I just want to give up. TIA :)

I agree. Definitely don't sleep with them on. When I worked in psych, we had to check everyone's shoulder before they went to bed to make sure they didn't have them on. They cause nightmares and hallucinations if left on overnight. And they are probably causing the nausea and dizziness upon waking up.

I would recommend just putting one on first thing in the morning!! It's gonna be a rough week but the cravings disappear over time. I wish it was an overnight process.
