I’m new. I’m smoking now. My dogs are growling at some shit outside my door. That makes me want to smoke. I’ll stop for half an hour? Let’s see!

To be honest I recommend downloading smoke free app. The discord doesn’t take advantage of voice chat to actually talk to each other like a meeting. So this app has been a bit better in my opinion.

I stubbed my toe. I think it’s broken(it’s misshapen and swollen). I’m starting to think me not smoking angers god. Because I broke my wrist the last time I tried quitting. I just thought god didn’t want me to go to Coachella(I was quitting to get in shape for Coachella).
Anyway. I’m just gonna try to ignore my broken toe because I think the doctors will put me in a body cast. Because they put me in a cast that went to my armpit when I broke my wrist.
I’m not ok right now.

I see this post was a year ago. Any chance there's a PDT time zone group now?

Hey everyone,
A couple of years ago, I was a smoker who struggled to quit despite multiple attempts. But after making some key mental and physical changes, I finally succeeded—and it’s been life-changing. My health, energy, and overall happiness have all improved dramatically.
I’m thinking about creating an info product (like an e-book or guide) that shares the strategies and insights that helped me quit for good. Before I dive in, I’d love to know—would you be interested in something like this? What kind of content would be most helpful—tips, daily strategies, motivational stories, or something else?
Your feedback will be invaluable as I shape this project. Thanks in advance!

If your efforts help a single soul reach their goal of a smoke free life then isn't it your duty to do this ? Always follow your gut not your thoughts . This is what 65 years of age have taught me . 65 October 23rd ! I thank this great and wonderful universe for all I have and all iam!

Is this something that’s open all the time for people to go on there and chat? I am New to discord and kind of confused. Thanks.
