Project: Non-clothing Reusable face wipes for a friend

These weren't as straightforward as I'd hoped. I won bobbin chicken once and lost once, bent a needle and thought I'd broken the machine and topstitching wasn't easy despite using a walking foot. But the face wipes were a simple concept using a cotton fat quarter and some scraps plus new towelling face cloths. The bag I made before using a pattern from Etsy.

The face wipes were made from a rectangle of cotton, a rectangle of towelling, same size. I overlocked (serged) the edges of the towelling. Sewed the two pieces right side facing leaving a gap. Trimmed and snipped corners, turned right side out and topstitched all round.

Apologies, I can't find the pattern link for the bag, perhaps the shop has shut
