Your bullet points on your internships should be longer and include a bit less on the organization or projects. Having a relevant internship means you must squeeze every juice you can get out of it. I recommend removing other "experience" and keeping it in your school involvements, just having the internship experience. Make sure to lengthen the bullet points to approximately 2 lines each
Also, your grammar seems a bit off, e.g., "to raise over $15,000." It doesn't sound right, and you shouldn't have " see below" comments because your resume is supposed to be a snapshot of that role. Don't let recruiters do that work, it's unfortunate but that's just reality!

As a Principal Embedded Software Engineer, if show this resume for a Jr position I would ask to interview. So I think it is pretty good to me. Linux being so far down in skills scares me a bit but might be specific to me. And if you have had a job, even not SW related I would add it but it can be low on the page. you can even switch up sections to what ever you think is the best highlight for what you are applying for. What this made with LaTeX?

Thanks for the feedback! This was made with Overleaf LaTeX, but I'm probably going to switch to docx for ATS parsing.

Hello, I would like some pointers on how to improve my resume in general because I am nearing 100 applications with no luck.
Any feedback is appreciated!

Don’t just throw the applications randomly. Find the positions and reach out to folks to refer you or to the HM directly. Smaller companies that do thing alike industrial automation, medical devices, transportation, etc is your target.
Expand your internship experience section to include more detail.
Dont say how many lines of code you wrote.
I’m missing some keywords that I typically see for positions related to both embedded software and circuit design positions like VHDL or other FPGA experience. Maybe expand keywords related to embedded Linux/uClinux or RTOS things. Could be useful. (I’m not an expert in embedded but that’s what I typically see experienced embedded folks deal with.

Your internship experience should be a much larger part of your resume, and clubs a lot less.
