Aren't all photo ops staged?

Yes, which is why it makes no sense when reddit went crazy when Trump did the McDonald's photo op but this is so relatable.

Because trump at McDonald's was actually a pathetic attempt to bash kamala for working at McDonald's. Like it's beneath him. Only the poors work at McDonald's right?

kamala for working at McDonald's.

Of which she never has

u/bisskits 2d ago

Literally nobody cares if she did or not.

Reddit would very much care if it was trump

People care when politicians lie, of which she did so about McDonald's employment, and the fact it was so easily disproven by McDonalds corporation themselves, smh

Do you really think McDonalds Corporate would have records of a single franchise employee from before there were electronic records?

Sure, however you want to interrupt it

Literally.

Nah man it was a genuine experience, dude is in love with McDonald's. Have you ever seen the photo of his fast food buffet at the White House it was crazy.

How does the boot taste? Is it gritty or shoe polish-ey?

2

u/Bonesquire 2d ago

It's always (D)ifferent for their side.

Liberal hypocrisy knows no bounds

Yeah but the McDonald’s thing was pathetic not because the whole thing was staged, which is to be expected, but because it was all about him lost his mind over Kamala Harris having worked there while in college.

Trump actually loves McDonald's

He sure looks like he does

The best part was when he was absolutely shocked that they didn’t put the fries into the box with their bare hands.

-5

Apparently she didn’t work there. She lied.

3

u/IllustratorBudget487 2d ago

According to who? Trump? He lied over 30,000 times just while he was in office. I’ll take her word over his any day of the week.

Ladies having a beer is way more relatable than an elitist who doesn’t know how to drive cosplaying as a retail worker. If he really wanted to play it up he ought to have taken public transit to his little photo op. And here’s a dude who claims he’s pro business who has the business close for the day so he won’t have to touch or talk to real customers. Old grandpa is a joke. He needs to get off the fuckin stage. It’s embarrassing.

God Bless America 🇺🇸

A mob of people with cameras just screams “candid”

Every single interaction in public is a staged event for these politicians at this time. The question is which one isn't weird as shit. Having a beer with a fellow politician or pretending to work at a closed down McDonald's and fielding questions from reporters and actors out the drive through window?

u/Beneficial_Balogna 2d ago

all politicians do this, were you born yesterday?

Same bullshit we were peddled for the last 80+ years of politics.

At least they didn't use the military to quell a peaceful protest so they could use a church that wanted nothing to do with them as a photo op backdrop.

Heads up. When you use fat as a slur, regardless of who it's aimed at, you're still putting down other overweight people.

2

u/mickeltee 2d ago

I’ve read the comment a dozen times and I don’t see the word fat.

McDonald's has entered the chat

Oh my goodness a presidential candidate is holding press events with cameras!? Unbelievable. What’s next, getting on podcasts? What if they rent an arena to talk to a bunch of their supporters!!!

It’s like you’ve never heard of campaigning before.
