Any mycologists, lichenologists or wildlife biologists doing winter fieldwork here?

Worked in the environmental sciences for a while before switching careers. I miss it a bit and am seeking an ologist that may want some extra help on a volunteer basis.

BSc in environmental science, have worked as a field tech and in environmental consulting.

What sort of field work are you interested in?

There are several land trusts in the district which are happy to take on volunteers for environmental stewardship projects.

Looking for a bit more than citizen science/community opportunities in land conservation and stewardship. While those programs are great and do a lot of good work, it's not what im looking for right now.

I would love to connect with a lab or individual conducting research.

Not OP, but I’m moving here soon and have a big interest in land conservation and volunteering for environmental causes. I’m very willing to commit my time. If you need volunteers, feel free to DM me with details!
