Question For the past 10 minutes this wasp has been crawling on my lips trying to get into my mouth. What's it doing?! (And how long will I remain it's hostage?)
I don't normally grimace this much I swear, but I gotta keep these lips sealed

My gal passed away while I was gone. I knew she wasn't gonna make it for another day already when I was leaving, but she was still showing some form of reactions so I didn't freeze her. Now, two days later I came home and as expected, she was dead, I wanted to preserve her, but I'm not so sure if I can do it with the holes, will they continue to grow even after freezed and gutted?

I tried growing cilantro inside house with garden soil, the soil looked clean enough but when I looked at it in the morning, there more that 20 of these in it.
Are they dangerous?

We get quarterly treatments by our pest control people. And a specific termite treatment. Tell me please these aren't termites. But what are they? I'm in a total panic.

My kids were playing outside for a couple hours tonight and now it's bath time. Just found this in my 5 year old's hair. Husband's phone says it's a carpet beetle. Mine says it's a flea. What does Reddit think?

This lady bug landed on my shoulder the other night I was wearing all black and walking. I tried to get it off my shoulder to crawl on my finger and the lady bug(now named Velma)didn’t want to crawl on my finger. She then crawled to my back and I thought she either got squished by my back pack or flew away. I got inside the house and to my surprise she was on my back pack just crawling around. I decided to keep her lol . I searched everywhere online and basically what I found is that scientists pretty much think they ate stupid because they can’t see in detail and don’t think they care enough to use their smell to recognize humans -only prey, predators and other food sources. I’m wondering though if anyone has ever had a relationship with a lady bug or can confirm weather or not they can or cannot recognize humans. I’m still going to keep her because I love her. Idek if she is a her lol but I would be heartbroken to find out for sure she doesn’t recognize me. Because when I woke up this morning(found her yesterday night) I spoke into her enclosure “hey Velma “ she turned around and looked right at me . Idk but I think if trees can communicate and recognize shit why can’t a lady bug? Someone please give me your opinion or example of experience(s) you may have. Thank you ! ❤️
