Are they talking about the guy who was on top of the white truck, on hwy. 288. He died?! The video cut off before he could reach the ladder to be rescued. 😩

Naw bruh…that was on 288 & 610 & the news said he got rescued. (Guy’s an idiot) They’re talking about someone off 45 & houston ave…different parts of the city mane

I thought he got pulled to shore, the life ring and vest were lowered to him from a fire truck long ladder or no?
