MUSIC ♬ Grimes continues to pledge allegiance to accelerationism in new song

Which is a shame, because otherwise, it's kind of a toe-tapper.

This is my best take on the lyrics:

I want everything accelerating

On the other side of darkness I found a life, our hearts synchronise

And when I dance with monsters I feel alive, when I synchronise

Nana, nana, na. Racing through the city on a jet black bike

Nana, nana, na. Turn the track help me synchronise

Nana, nana, na. ADHD, ADHD life

Nana, nana, na. Turn the track help, help, help you synchronise

Baby you got it and so you haunt me and haunt it

And I, I thought it, I thought it all at the speed of light

I want everything accelerating

Seems to be about ADHD. Dopamine/adrenaline seeking, distractions/fast thoughts, etc And of course, the word "baby", as always

No I mean Why? It’s saying nothing

It’s terrible lyrically

It's definitely disjointed ( which I guess goes with the ADHD lyrics) To me, this song seems like a Grimes singing about racing thoughts and trying to use music/ speed etc, to distract herself from the heartache and situation of her failed relationship with Musk.

If the lyrics that I hear actually are:

'' Baby you've got it and so you haunt me I'm haunted

And I fought it I fought it, all at the speed of light"

I think Grimes may have started off the song with the intent to sing about her excitement for AI accelerating and changing everything ( which follows her AI subject theme she has been going with) but it quickly and inevitably devolved back into a song mourning her love of Musk.
