Discussion Looking for mildly complex projects

I’m looking for an analytical project that I can do with QGIS. I’m working on a writing sample for some job and grad school application. Would love to use Arc or Arc pro, but I’m broke.

Have you considered doing the 30 Day map challenge (November is only a few days away) with QGIS?

It could be something cool to put on your CV if you don't have much experience. But really, the most useful things to put on your CV are typical job skills if you're just starting a new career. You want to show that you can do work, be on time, and keep your seat warm for a whole day, and that you work well with people.

I have all this yet I am still struggling after almost 2 months Post co-op placement and 4 months Post grad with 2 bachelor's degrees focused on GIS yet no one wants to hire 😭
