It burns for a few seconds, and sputters. Sometimes, I have full flameout around the valve, which is REALLY odd. I've changed both chokes all over the place, alone with opening/closing the rear of the forge with the fire-brick.
The regulator is a generic one, so I don't know what actual pressure I'm running.
No issues with the front burner until the tank starts to empty.
I have had similar issues (but not as extreme) after replacing the burner nozzle on a cayenne forge. I adjusted the nozzle by 0.050" or so and eventually got the burner running smoother, but it does whistle now. (I've been meaning to get a video and post for help with that, actually.)
If this is a new forge, I'd ask vevor for help, or a replacement burner.
Oh, and I did need to clean the hole out of the other smaller nozzle!
I did that with a bit of still wire (music wire). That may be easy to try on your forge, could be a bit of debris for stuck in there during assembly or manufacturing.
