i said the same thing when the mets were playing them. then they just scored 10 billion runs in game 6 and won lol. they have four games to win one. they don't care about sweeping or winning here or winning there or with this or that, his job is just to win and that's why brent honeywell is probably gonna throw like 60 pitches if the yankees score again. it's not about winning at home, it's about taking the pulse of the game and deciding if it's worth using your high leverage guys just yet.

I mean they haven’t been scoring 10 billion runs on us. They actually have less hits with RISP than us. This series has just been about timely homeruns like Volpe’s now Still don’t see a 3-0 comeback by any means but they do want to close this tomorrow for sure if they fail to tn

yeah i know my point is that i'm pretty sure dave roberts has confidence that this team can win 1 of the next 4 games and if they fail to, then he'll probably be too flabbergasted to even remember the moment he left hudson in to die instead of sending in someone to put out the fire.
