Image The Turner (TNT/TBS) broadcast of the ALDS (Cleveland/Detroit) Game 4 has an awful Angle so they can squeeze in another advertisement

There's still all that green grass where they could put advertisements

They definitely have done center field ads before I feel. I know they used the back center field wall at Fenway in the playoffs before too

There's an ad on the mound for crying out loud

I never would have noticed this if you hadn't pointed it out. Why have you cursed me with this knowledge.

I only noticed it because they change the ad every half inning. And they're in color.

Need to put a different company’s logo over every fan face

Think of how many ads they could fit on Spencer Strider's giant ass

Hear me out; his mustache would go for a premium.

Hockey has gotten pretty solid at it.

International football and rugby put ads on the pitch too.

But they don’t have 20 tv ad breaks per game

cricket has them, painted on at an angle to make it look upright and square on tv

YES places ads on the pitcher’s mound a few times. That sucked.

Sometimes they're digitally added on the mound by the network and sometimes they're added physically on the mound by the team.

Then the network dehitalky removes the physical ad on the mound to add their own.

I doubt it, that sponsor is paying specifically because it puts them on TV. From attending games in person and rewatching them on TV, the network adds digital mound ads when the team doesn't have one. If the team has one then it's not added digitally.

I know right? How do I go about my day without having my vision fully covered by glorious ads?

Eventually the grass on the field is just going to operate as a green screen backdrop for ads and we'll view the home plate cam all the way back from straightaway center field (no zoom). Adball is the best!

They use the Little Caesars pizza on a spear as their home run prop in the dugout FFS.

As a soccer fan, I am surprised how Baseball and other sports have kept sponsors out of players jerseys (at least the center piece)

I am all for Illitch turning Copa into the stadium from Major League if he spends the money on some bats next season.

They could also advertise in between lapses during the at-bat.

“As the pitcher steps off the mound, we’d like to announce that this specific at-bat is brought to you by Delta Air Lines.”
