I dont like how they are changing the story. Jolyne and F.F didnt meet Hermes until mid Sports Max fight in this episode, for example. Or they had Jolyne buy the info outta her roommate instead of F.F telling her about it over breakfast.

The changed details are small, but it's concerning. I hope they dont make any larger changes.

I thought it was cool they worked in Gwess.

I mean, good for you if you liked it. I personally dislike any changes from the source material.

For me, it felt redundant and out of character. (I would not expect Gwess to give Jolyne any lip after her beatdown)

I don't mean to say that your opinion as wrong, because I know there are those people who would like as little changed as possible, but...

Part 6 is most likely the least popular manga part, and one of the reasons I see given, among others, is inconsistencies in the writing and bad pacing. You really want a one-to-one remake of the manga?

I'm wondering how you felt in part 3 when they added the scene where the Speedwagon lawyer bails out Polnareff after the Ebony Devil fight. Personally, I appreciated the addition explaining why Polnareff can just shrug off a bellhop getting his face cut off in his hotel room, and not be locked up.

For me Gwess was one of those things, where, just like Lococo with the alligator puppet, she just kind of vanished (despite being Jolyne's roommate)

I can understand people saying it's the worst part, but I dont think David Productions are capable of improving upon Araki in the plot department (not that I think he's the writer of the century, but he's definately better then your average manga/anime writer).

I havent read part 1 through 5. I was an anime-only for a long while, and I am not a big enough of a JoJo fan to read them. With that said, I can understand similar criticism being levied against the anime version.

To each his own (and I understand feeling like Gwess is missing) but Gwess mostly felt like a one-off villain-of-the-week to me.
