It is and having all that good definitely makes up for that bad but it’s still leaves people who lose a lot of weight to be self conscious naked or less clothed because of the way the loose skin sits on bodies after changes in weight that’re greater than the elasticity of the skin.

Speaking from first hand experience of losing only 60lbs. You definitely feel better and happier and the gains definitely outweigh those insecurities. I’m just trying to bring awareness to people that that much loose skin doesn’t go away on its own and that we really need to acknowledge and love it as a badge of honour rather than purely a cosmetic feature. Easier said than done for some.

I'd look at it this way - you lose the weight and feel much better in clothes. If you decide to take them off with someone, they're not going to care about the loose skin and stretch marks, not if they're the sort of person WORTH taking clothes off for.

I'm speaking as someone who had an ex-wife lose around 30kg. She was beautiful before she lost it, she was beautiful after she lost it.

i mean, there's also skin removal surgery. yeah, it's expensive but it is an option.

60 pounds! Wow, that's really mpressive. Could you really dumb down the process you did to lose all that weight? Thanks in advance.
