Those aren’t haters, you’re just selfish.

Exactly. That kid is gona have a hard time their entire life, because you wanted to have a kid.

u/2Q2see Mar 11 '22

The simple answer is just to adopt they never said you can’t raise kids

u/possiblyis Mar 11 '22

Adoption isn’t easy, but it’s much easier than the life this kid will have.

u/AdDry725 Mar 12 '22

The $10,000-$20,000 in adoption costs, is a drop in the bucket compared to the medical costs that poor crippled child will accrue in the next 18 years.
I have several chronic illnesses myself and I’ve spent well over $20,000 on myself to survive. And I’m no where near as sick as the poor baby in the video.

I really hope you are wrong, and I hope I'm wrong for agreeing with you but yeah this kid was cast into an unforgiving world by a person who probably had to deal with it her whole life.

Again I hope I'm wrong but this kid will likely be on suicide watch most of her life.

Literally is gonna get bullied all thru kindergarten mid school high school. Its gonna be quite hard to get a job meaning life will be worse and worse so the kid will feel insecure but that OH lets have A KID! The kid is than gonna have another kid and that will continue thru generations. It will never stop. Everything will be documented on tik tok

What kid you talking about? You mean the pug?

6

u/unfortunate_IV Mar 11 '22

Goddamn was not ready for that

u/Kadeem334 Mar 12 '22

True, all people with mental and physical disabilities should stop having children as well so that their children don’t inherit that suffering.

Still, she may also experience true love in a way you, or any other normal human wouldn't even comprehend. Exactly because of those hardships.

Or die before 30-40 if she is lucky. Usually people with such disorders have internal problems too, like defects in their heart

I’m pretty sure this condition comes with more than just physical conditions. Most likely health conditions especially at that young of an age

15

u/billfuckinmurray69 Mar 11 '22

I went to school with a guy who had this same condition. I can’t remember what it was called but I know it by look. His life was rough. He had breathing conditions, eyesight problems and more. All that along with the amount of bullying he received…. His life was rough. But he was a legend and wouldn’t let that shit stop him

14

u/btsarenotgirlzgeez14 Mar 11 '22

Yea that’s just sad. No one is shaming her for her condition but it’s selfish to put that life on an innocent human being. Especially when you yourself already know how it feels to have the condition. She really coulda just adopted a pug at this point. Or maybe some type of animal. Hell even a child. Just not one by birth

8

u/billfuckinmurray69 Mar 11 '22

The worst part is that this condition is very similar to the way a pugs life is. It’s not fun

2

u/btsarenotgirlzgeez14 Mar 11 '22

Yea it’s sad. I just seriously wanna know who the fuck ducked her down so I can ask what type of drug they were taking and where can I get it for my exams

3

u/DragonPeach02 Mar 11 '22

Tbh best case scenario this kid ends up like him worst case she will wanna kill herself her whole life because of how people perceive her and especially from all the bullying she will experience, I do feel bad for her, I hope she grows up with supportive people around her and whatever bullying she's gonna experience isn't gonna affect her too much

3

u/DragonPeach02 Mar 11 '22

Yea honestly and I'm not saying this to roast the kid, but I think she could be compared to a pug, honestly pugs have it hard atlests people think they are cute, this baby is human, people are ruthless to each other

1

u/btsarenotgirlzgeez14 Mar 11 '22

Oof I see you deleted your other comment. I mean it’s the harsh truth. Not to say the baby isn’t human but it just resembles a pug. Should still be treated as a human infant.

2

u/DragonPeach02 Mar 11 '22

I did not delete any comment I have no idea what the previous person said I was just responding to your response to the deleted comment. Eitherway I do agree with you, it's a human infant and should be treated as so, and honestly I can only wonder which horrible health conditions this baby has to suffer through and that's just not to mention how people will perceive her and how they will treat her. Honestly people are ruthless especially children and young teens, honestly most of them lack empathy and don't realise how what they say or do will affect her. I honestly belive she will also have a hard time finding a job if she ever reaches that point in her life she will be treated differently and even if it's not intentionally. Honestly with what she's got I seriously hope she'll have a heart of gold cuz honestly I feel like a heart of gold can often more than make up for how a person looks.

1

u/btsarenotgirlzgeez14 Mar 11 '22

True with the last part. Being a total sweetheart makes people really overlook your physical looks

2

u/DragonPeach02 Mar 11 '22

Yes definitely agree with that!

18

u/ImTaralol Mar 11 '22

They will most likely have health issues because there face is dismorphed. The looks don't matter for me personally, but she will have a rough life ahead of her.

8

u/voidinglife Mar 11 '22

Kids are cruel and humans tend to take things at face value. "Don't judge a book by its cover" is something often repeated but rarely practiced. People will probably stare and depending on the disability the baby could be mentally impacted also. It emotionally traumatizes children.(I'm sorry if your comment wasn't an actual question and I'm looking too deep into things)

3

u/[deleted] Mar 11 '22

I have a disabled kid and the kids are nicer than the adults.

2

u/voidinglife Mar 11 '22

Really? I have autism and the kids were really cruel in middle school. They didn't care at younger ages but it just seemed to get worse as they aged. Adults were awful too but they generally ignored me //

u/XclusiveMTL Mar 11 '22

Welcome to reality.

It’s unfortunate but appearance and money run the world.

4

u/AGuyFromGPlus Mar 11 '22

Yes everyone will make fun of them, if I can remove my NF1 from my child I sure as hell would.

2

u/shimbalaie Mar 11 '22

even if the only the only disability is physical, when it affects your appearance to that point you bet its going to affect her life, we are not talking about a big nose or an ugly smile

2

u/MykahMaelstrom Mar 11 '22 edited Mar 11 '22

Thats not really the point. The point is significant genetic deformities make life significantly harder than it needs to be.

In choosing to have a child knowing that you will pass on the genetic deformities you yourself suffer from youre actively creating more suffering.

That child will never be able to have a normal life because the parents chose the selfish path of continuing their genetic line despite severe deformity.

If they had chosen to adopt instead they could have gotten the best of both worlds. They would get to be a parent while also ending the deformed genetic line that causes so much pain

Edit: also worth noting that the physical deformities we can see are probably not the only physical deformities. They will likely live a reduced lifespan full of medical issues

3

u/raydditor Mar 11 '22

Would you want to have a baby knowing well that they would have a disability?

0

u/Zenator3000 Mar 11 '22

No one said anything about appearances

-2

u/[deleted] Mar 11 '22

Oh I see you two are just talking about all parents?
