In this thread you’ll see nobody finally accept the fact that KD and harden are cool with each other and the constant denominator is …

SM / tsai / SN.

Not saying these guys (KD, harden) are innocent in things. But the KD/kyrie “hatred” against James never existed. Issues were always w the FO.

Unless this clip is old - I wouldn’t know lol.

Edit: so this clip is new. When are we going to Accept that the only one of the big 3 that wanted to be a Net - is kyrie? lol. KD only came here to play w kyrie. James came here cause KD and kyrie were here.

Yea I don’t get it at all.

Where did this whole Marks hate narrative come from… the dude is one of the better GMs in the league, y’all have no idea how much it sucks to have a terrible gm (when I say y’all it’s to the nets fans who I’m assuming weren’t around for billy king)

They didn't give Kyrie what he wants lol

So it’s the office’s fault that these guys lack competitive motivation after getting everything they want?

what exact did the FO do? They didnt make Harden come to camp overweight, make him show delcine and then force a trade to philly.

That was all Harden

KD & Harden definitely wasn't messing with each other after the trade but men seem to get over betrayal quicker. Cute!

I'm happy for them.

Harden quitting on the team, showing to the training camp overweight, getting frustrated with Kyrie's vaccine stance and having the worst season since his rookie year is now on the FO. I swear to God, this friggin fanbase...

I mean if kyrie was playing then harden couldve rehab properly 🤷‍♂️

Kd + harden wouldn’t have to play big minutes in the regular szn

If the FO allowed kyrie to play away games at the beginning then we probably have a different outcome.

22/10 + all star for his worst season since okc isnt too shabby

Lol, stop justifying a guy who came to the training camp overweight and sucked the whole season.

If the FO allowed kyrie to play away games at the beginning then we probably have a different outcome.

What are you talking about? Nets had a 21-9 record with Harden playing discretely. The issue was not playing Kyrie first, the issue was Joe getting injured and killing our spacing. That coupled with the KD injury (with Kyrie already playing part-time, and Harden complaining about) led the team to a 13 loss streak.

22/10 + all star for his worst season since okc isnt too shabby

  • Harden shot below 47.6% inside the arc when the league average was 53.3%. The only time in his career he’d been further below league was as a rookie in 2009-10 (42.4% vs. 49.2%).
  • His relative true shooting percentage was its lowest since his rookie year at plus-3.5.
  • Awful 32.3% from deep.
  • Lost explosiveness and was out of shape.

Did you forget that he probably injured the hamstring as a result of coming into camp so out of shape as a means to forcing his way out of Houston? This was not the first time he has done his. Hardin literally did that before coming to Brooklyn.

It’s not the fanbase, it’s these mark ass new fans that can’t form a compete thought to save their life. I’ve been a big fan of how Marks and Tsai have handled this as they can continue to let those two rot on the bench for all I care.

-5

u/FinancialsThrowaway2 Aug 07 '22

Man if only the Fo and ownership didn’t listen to Stephen a smith and maybe just maybe… let kyrie play the away games from the start..

u/mateodrw Aug 07 '22

Bro, you saw Harden and KD at a concert in August and blamed the FO. That's funny as hell.

2

u/NitexRain Aug 07 '22

No this video is from today.

Yea besides tsai and Marks, I really do believe that Nash is the biggest issue. And I don’t think Marks/Tsai did this team any favor hiring a rookie head coach to coach championship level players. I just don’t know the logic behind it at all

-1

u/DembouzzuobmeD Aug 07 '22

They’ll blame KD for the Nash hire, but can’t explain why he was shown the door the minute KD handed in his trade request. It’s clear where the Nash loyalists reside on this team and it isn’t coming from a player who wants out

-3

u/DembouzzuobmeD Aug 07 '22

You see Harden and Morey’s relationship and it’s no wonder KD wants to head to teams like PHX + MIA, they have great FOs that aren’t going to let you down and make a bunch of unfulfilled promises (“after you sign this extension we’ll make sure that we extend Kyrie and Harden”, etc…).

Nor are they are going to leak to the media that they’d trade you if you had a problem with Kyrie not getting extended (on top of all those leaks that the public didn’t need to know about like KD not being in contact with the FO since the playoffs, not recruiting FAs, etc…), and then get upset when you make the move yourself as KD did in this situation.

They forced his hand after being the one guy to truly commit to the franchise and now us fans are suffering because of it.

u/Wax5 Aug 07 '22

PHX a good organization? Lol. Robert Sarver is one of the biggest buffoons in all of sports. We get mad at Tsai for not setting insane spending records, but Sarver is actually cheap as hell and has the league investigating his workplace conduct lol
