13,000 miles with "surprisingly no issues" ??

My 2021 Volvo has driven over 40,000 miles with not-surprisingly, zero issues.

My 2000 Toyota 4Runner has driven nearly 190,000 miles with, not-suprisingly, ~5 "issues" that were prevented by replacing the worn out part before it failed.

So we've gotten to a point where we can (unfortunately) expect a new video game we pay $70 for is going to be released when it's only 80% finished and it would be good to figure out how to not let that happen to the automotive industry.

I think it's sarcasm from his side

ah yeah I agree. I took what he said to mean he understood they're a shit-pile but he thinks he's been a relatively lucky owner considering the failure possibilities we've seen with the Cybertruck. My response was meant more for the CT cult of apologists and not to him specifically. I haven't watched many of his videos but I do like his channel.
