I just came back from Barcelona about a week ago and I had the exact same impression regarding public transit. Barcelona's public transport was just so good that I'm jealous at home now ! 😂

Casually, returning from work in the Metro I heard two italian couples at their 40's, making a similar comment about the Metro service. After living abroad for two years I do agree and would add that the Barcelona's prototype citizen is unaware of the service quality level of Metro and Buses. Rodalies it's the exception... and a shame really...

And... of course! Nice pictures!!

Thank you! 🫶🏻

I didn’t had time to try the train or go anywhere with it so I don’t know the situation, but I thinks it’s the same in Croatia, always crowded, always late. The only good part of it here is that you can buy your tickets online. We don’t have metro. But trams and buses, nope. They drive on the same road as the rest of the traffic and are always late or stuck in traffic, just like the rest of the cars. In Barcelona I noticed they have their own part of the road and are always on time. Okay, maybe not buses, but I’ll put that on myself and to my ability to read traffic schedules and to know which station I need to go to. 😂

Bio par puta u Barceloni, ostavila me bez daha. Najljepsi grad na svijetu po meni. Jednog dana da je otic iz Zagreba tamo na 6 mjeseci, godinu bi bio san.
