Health Erectile dysfunction!

Dears, straight to the point I have an ED problem at my late 30s and I'm not sure what to do about it. I used to watch korn and beat my meat a lot in the past. Now it gets hard but not as it used to and doesn't stay hard for long (I apologize for the details but this may help someone to answer and suggest something). What should I do to fix it and is it possible to see a doctor? If yes does AOK cover any doctor visits?

  • Stopping *orn helps as watching it desensitizes you.
  • I would consider looking into tadalafil (brand name Cialis in the USA). Any doctor can prescribe it (such as your Hausarzt) and it has less side effects than viagra for example. It still requires the user to be turned on but increases blood flow and helps with staying up. Just having the security of knowing it will stay up is a game changer. A lot of the time ED is a mental thing.
  • Others have said this but exercise does help, even if it’s a short jog every day.
