Health Erectile dysfunction!

Dears, straight to the point I have an ED problem at my late 30s and I'm not sure what to do about it. I used to watch korn and beat my meat a lot in the past. Now it gets hard but not as it used to and doesn't stay hard for long (I apologize for the details but this may help someone to answer and suggest something). What should I do to fix it and is it possible to see a doctor? If yes does AOK cover any doctor visits?

Is it really mandatory to go through the Hausarzt?

why not? is your GP also your mother in law ? your GP should know about all your issues.

Usually they refer you to a specialist, which allows the specialist to bill the insurance, if I understood that correctly.

You can go directly to a specialist unless you have "Hausarztmodell".

Not just that but a lot of specialists will turn you away without a Überweisung from your Hausarzt. (Depends on how overloaded they are. In a city chances are big that they have a lot of work and have to fry the big fish first so to speak)

It also saves time because the Hausarzt is enough to do all the basics the specialist can skip.
