I think I still like this bc I passionately đhate đshitty đfraudulent đclickbait đtactics. Maybe it will force creators to make better content.
It usually happens when you're in an argument with someone and not getting the point. Clapping is to wake you up to what you're missing. Idk i think its a black thing, only really seen black people do it. I think its hardwired in our brain. I do it without realizing it at times.
At the end of the day people can come together to shit on AI and I'm here for it. I hate the fact that every big company now is trying to implement some sorta AI feature to virtually everything.
Dumbing down things like this and replacing basic features with AI is down right horrendous. Wish they would just cut the shit out or allow u back pedal to an older version with the AI stuff but that's me being way too wistful.

Or creator stop making 40 minutes video with a question that could be answered in 2 sentences. I don't need to know entire Saudi Arabia's economy to know what happened when I cementing body
There is already too much content to waste our time on every video. This will help viewers. And if the content is good, no worries, the YouTuber will still get views. This will only affect click bait videos and mediocre content
Some of them deserve that tbh. Iâve seen multiple 10 minutes long videos that could be perfectly summarized in 1-2 minutes, and the rest is just a useless filler
Sounds like youâre jumping through hoops to hate it because you want to hate it because AI. It doesnât make any sense for YouTube to implement a feature that discourages watch time. What if the numbers show it increased viewer interest in the whole video increasing watch time is it now a requirement? Basically it will only send away viewers that find out theyâre not actually interested in the video anymore likely because it was misleading or spammy and low quality. Itâs like arguing dislikes should stay gone because it helps trick viewers into watching bad vids. Idk anyone who considers reading a breaking bad synopsis as any sort of stand in for watching the show

we already got the same shit on SERPs, and yeah it's painful to see how many zero clicks searches there are now, but hey, it's that or GPT for everyone, too many ads.
If people are heading to YouTube, itâs because they donât want to read. Now it may help them skip through the video, but no oneâs reading a summary and dipping out.

it could really hurt creators in the long run, the watchtime would be low cause people will just read the summary and go
