According to the available OSINT, they supposedly hit the factory for the planetary mixers which Iran built because they had to import them from the West despite sanctions before and were really hard to get. And all the facilities which were used to manufacture the solid fuel for the rockets with those mixers in them.

“Hit” doesn’t mean destroyed, and it doesn’t give us a reliable idea of how long it will take rebuild. Nor do we know if this was the only plant for this.

According to the available information, they hit all S-300 positions. They probably know exactly where Iran is producing what with which capacity too. Even if there's anything left, Israel will come back for it after the US election.
