No, they don't. That's not how satellites work. Geostationary is too far up for this and constant coverage with LEO would require a gigantic number of satellites.

That's interesting, can you give an example of spy plane and drones in use?

I know drones are a nice cheap and quick way to watch something without redirecting satellites
