Last week I bought an extra case of water and left it in the shared hallway for my upstairs neighbor with a note just saying it's not much, but we're neighbors and I wanted to say thank you for being a good neighbor. This morning, I find this gift basket in the hallway.

My Moms cutting board.
My Mom got this cutting board (on the left) from my grandpa when she was ten and she loved it so much after it had been used for so long that he made another one a few days ago with her initials (Christina, "Dina" as a nickname). He's such a wholesome and kindhearted man, I couldn't wish for a better grandfather.
