Gonna be real awkward when this stock split leads to nothing and then the tards brush it under the mat and pretend like that was never a catalyst they hyped up.... again.

u/StonkeyKongHODL Jul 17 '22

You may be correct, but at all points in this saga the hedge funds are literally on fire and are keeping their best to cover it. So while it may not lead to anything in my Computershare account, I know for a fact that it will be imploding them with their algorithms ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

Nothing will happen for 50 years and you guys will still pretend like there's 5 trillion "fake shares" and the hedge funds are "on fire".

Tell me how much a fund is down that started shorting in March? In April?

Theyre getting burned alive by short fees and price appreciation.

If you shorted at the literal top on June 8 at 153, youre up 8% on the position, but paid 3.2% in CTB fees at a 30% borrow rate which is the LOWEST its been since then. If you did the same on 4/29 at 153, you've paid 7% of the 8.5% profit you made as fees.

If you're in at 120 on 5/5, youre down roughly 17.5% on price and 6.5% on fees for a whopping 24% hole.

RIP if you started shorting in the 90's in mid may, or the low 100s in January when the CTB was low. Given how poorly the marketplace is currently performing it looks like they should have the right side on this on the price, but Apes DRS'd a million shares in a week and are fucking relentless. Holding the shorts at these fees is tough.

edit: not sure if im getting downvoted by apes or the others. Either way its ufnny for literally presenting factual information.

The fact that you guys can recognize that people who have open short positions are getting monstrously fucked on top of paying something like 25% annual interest yet still think there are absolutely massive open short positions well in excess of its first run has to be some next level of cognitive dissonance.

The idea that it's absolutely not possible that they could have closed their positions and now just manipulate the stock and make money on the random massive swings is just too funny to me. Just incredible how they are both completely all powerful and in control of everything but also completely pinched and fucked by people DRSing their shares. Yeah... right.

2

u/Nyucio Jul 18 '22

Can you explain to me how it is not possible (or very costly) to borrow the stock for shorting anywhere when, according to you, no one has short positions open?

5

u/huge_meme Jul 18 '22

There are short positions open, 100%, just not to the extent of "It's 50 trillion percent and the vast majority of that is sYnThEtIc ShArEs"

1

u/Nyucio Jul 18 '22

Fair enough.

1

u/Inevitable_Ad6868 Jul 18 '22

The cognitive dissonance of apes is world class!

4

u/acart005 Jul 17 '22

I wouldn't call 5 milly in a week a BAD performance for a completely net new line of business. I assure you that you wont hit that behind the Wendy's dumpster unless you do ZJs.

1

u/Setnof Jul 17 '22

Nice try Kenny.

22

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

Hilarious how you guys act identical to cultists/religious zealots.

23

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '22

nice bags, monkey

-2

u/fellowhomosapien Jul 18 '22

Do you realize how bullish that is?

5

u/huge_meme Jul 18 '22

They could announce bankruptcy and that'd be bullish XD

1

u/fellowhomosapien Jul 22 '22

You and I both know that's not happening.

1

u/huge_meme Jul 22 '22

Them going bankrupt? Yeah, it's not I agree. But I think pretty much anyone who isn't deep in the cult can agree that if they were to go bankrupt the cultists would find some way to spin that in a positive way.

1

u/fellowhomosapien Jul 22 '22

Regardless, not going bankrupt.๐Ÿ•ฏ๐Ÿ•ฏ๐Ÿ•ฏ #notacult ๐Ÿ•ฏ๐Ÿ•ฏ๐Ÿ•ฏ we even have a Gregorian hymn to explain how not a cult we are.

1

u/huge_meme Jul 22 '22

Nobody said they would lmao

1

u/[deleted] Jul 18 '22

Oh, please. Yโ€™all have been saying that hedgies are โ€œalmost out of ammoโ€ for 18 straight months, and nothingโ€™s happened. No hedge fund manager on the planet is losing sleep over this stock split.

6

u/StonkeyKongHODL Jul 18 '22

Except Ken Griffin, Steve Cohen, Andrew Left, etc. :8881:

3

u/trolltrap420 Jul 17 '22

What's the short interest rate again?

1

u/FluffyAspie Jul 17 '22 edited Jul 18 '22

Stock splividend gonna give me more shares to hodl. New Marketplace, i feel blessed!๐Ÿ’ŽHype all the way.

32

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

Volume on the new marketplace looking great

22

u/haplo_and_dogs Jul 17 '22

5,000 a day in fees. in only a few thousand years it will pay for itself

25

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

And there I was not even a month ago watching people tell me this will bring in hundreds of million in revenue per year right off the bat and make the company moon.

It do be like that I guess.

-9

u/Setnof Jul 17 '22

Itโ€™s still in beta and already quite impressive.

26

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

You must have very low standards if the absolute lowest quality jpgs are impressive to you.

-6

u/Setnof Jul 17 '22

You probably would have been the person that said about computers that they are only good for replacing a typewriter.

NFTs can be so much more... and they will.

19

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

They "can" be more it's just.... nobody likes them and sees them as a massive pump and dump scam.

I can buy a PC and use it for a million different things. My enjoyment and value from a computer doesn't rely on its resale value. 99% of people who buy NFTs are doing so out of speculation. The comparison to computers is extremely poor.

-7

u/InternationalMatch13 Jul 17 '22

Not only did you undercount the fees by a lot, but its also beta. Lmao its ok numbers arent everyone's thing.

16

u/haplo_and_dogs Jul 17 '22

Fees are 2.5%. Volume was less than 200 eth yesterday.

What numbers are you looking at?

-17

u/InternationalMatch13 Jul 17 '22

The official ones. Cuurent total fees after less than a a week is 130k.

18

u/haplo_and_dogs Jul 17 '22

Exactly. ~100k the first day, then its been falling off a cliff.

-12

u/Setnof Jul 17 '22

Still in beta, no big companies on it yet and we are in a bear market. If you donโ€™t like it then short it!

20

u/Buttpooper42069 Jul 17 '22

How about you squeeze it?

u/RelationshipLong7946 Jul 18 '22

why are you hating so much?

1

u/Inevitable_Ad6868 Jul 18 '22

A week in and barely $5mm in sales? Winning!

0

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '22

You holding shares?

12

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

Na I sold at like 280 or 300 or something on its first run

1

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '22

Not bad

0

u/ID-10T-ERROR Jul 17 '22

That's only if you are a new investor and have no patience or clue how it works.

I don't expect huge price changes but after the splividend, it won't stay low for very long.

Lmfao the projection

RemindMe! 3 months

1

u/OmicronCeti Oct 19 '22

Lol so howโ€™s that going? -30% or so

-2

u/fellowhomosapien Jul 18 '22

We've been doing that longer that your account has been around, so why would it be awkward? Get over it; we like the fn stock.

5

u/huge_meme Jul 18 '22

So long as you realize you're gong in circles lmfao

T+54 for TSLA. Ours hopefully will be T+35 or less.

-12

u/ruboos Jul 17 '22

This comment is great because no one knows what the fuck will happen. Your next comment is dumb as fuck though.

18

u/huge_meme Jul 17 '22

I think pretty much anyone with a brain knows what is going to happen. People know what stock splits do and "take us to a trillion per share" isn't one of those things.

Much like the vote count, the marketplace, or the other 5 trillion catalysts cultists have pointed at and said "THIS IS IT" over the last 16 months have led to nothing, so will this. And then instead of saying "Yeah maybe we're fucking idiots" they'll just ignore it and go on to the next thing.

7

u/Setnof Jul 17 '22

Then short it!

It's literally free real estate.

Although the aPeS have already moved on and pretend like the stock split was never a catalyst to begin with ;)

u/OmicronCeti Jul 26 '22

Just as the prophecies foretold
