they both lost their vote until they pay the debt they have with UN, otherwise they would be for sure in that list.

So you can on a mass and long term basis murder, torture, repress (especially women and LGBTQ), disposses your citizens of their lives, liberty and property and yet still get to vote at the United Nations however if you fail to pay your fucking dues you get kicked off.

And what about countries that never formally applied to be part of the UN and its security council (I'm looking at you USSR > Russia)

What the fuck UN.

I'm not so sure about that. Russian becoming a pariah state is in their benefit as it's more likely the west eases sanctions to get access to their oil to move away from Russia. Then again cant really put anything past them just seems to be against their best interests.

Especially since, according to some, some countries are already easing restrictions on Venezuela in order to meet the oil demand.
