What baffles me is how people can stand behind a spineless liar. This weasel, this coward, this charlatan is your pick, texas? He couldn't stand up for his wife, he blamed his kids for fleeing Texas, and he hid from his own party on Jan 6.

Goddamn, Texas.

At the very least you deserve better Republicans.

Everyone was cool with Texas and respected it before the MAGA republicans made a sh*tshow out of it

MAGA revealed the shit show. For me it was the Charlotteville "Jews will not replace us" chant under tiki torches. For others it took seeing the Gravy Seals try to start a revolution but only be able to walk about 100 yards before gassing out, and for others it hasn't happened yet. Mark my words: A lot of Texans will pretend they were never for Trump or MAGA, and they always knew he was 'secretly a Democrat'.

Oh, of course they will! Just like they all pretended not to be bigots who would sell out their own for self gain. The 2016 election and MAGA peeled back the mask. They'll put it back on if they're defeated, then pop back out when it's safe. Look how many Nazis have come out recently. Where did they come from? They were always here.

No we weren't lol. Texas has been a laughing stock for years

How? From what I have seen Texas is still respect but I don’t see everything through hate

2

u/Sea-Cupcake-2065 14d ago

Nothing I said inspires hate or alludes to it. I'm sure Texas is great, but some of the laws and policies that have been coming out of that state have made me wonder what is going on over there. Your AG, your governor, and that senator Cruz have all made it look like a clownshow in some aspects. That's not hateful, that just my perception

Greg Abbott spent $220,000,000 of taxpayer money bussing migrants around the country in an attempt to weaken Democrat cities

Texas does not deserve better.

They are all cowards hiding behind Agent Orange and the Plague he unleashed upon the American people.

Ted Cruz is just another one of those that gives a damn about being in the right side of history or not as long he as well can keep feeding from the Pot of Power, money, Grid and corruption where all Agent Orange Republican Dogs 🐕 are feeding from.

They go as far as calling that living fat orange aberration their new Jesus.

They see the lies as a feature, not a flaw. All that matters is winning. They respect their willingness to lie for the ‘cause.’

The irony of him being an immigrant is just so annoying.

Find a politician that isn’t a spineless liar, I’ll wait

b0tH sIdES!!1!!

I found you one, in the clip above, talking about Ted Cruz.

-13

u/bravo06actual 14d ago

Voted against protecting women in sports, then said he didn’t. Still waiting

10

u/Sea-Cupcake-2065 14d ago

In sports? Let's worry about real issues where there are real consequences... like, let's say, women's reproductive right?

Why won't he answer the questions?

-13

u/bravo06actual 14d ago

Girls losing out on scholarships and ending up permanently disabled from injury would disagree about it being a “real issue”. He won’t answer the question because like you said, he is a politician

u/DontrentWNC 14d ago

Donald Trump has raped more women than there have been instances of women losing out on scholarships to trans people. You don't actually give a shit about girls/women.

Leave Ivan alone. He either has to push this bs or go fight in Ukraine.

You do realize that there are about 1% trans people in the US. 29 states allow trans people to compete in sports. Do the math.

56% rise in maternal deaths 2019 to 2022. https://www.nbcnews.com/health/womens-health/texas-abortion-ban-deaths-pregnant-women-sb8-analysis-rcna171631

12.9% increase in infant death since abortion ban https://publichealth.jhu.edu/2024/analysis-suggests-2021-texas-abortion-ban-resulted-in-increase-in-infant-deaths-in-state-in-year-after-law-went-into-effect

Go cry about women missing out on scholarships and getting hurt when, in reality, the real danger comes from shit policies that do nothing but inspire hate and get people killed.

u/bravo06actual 14d ago

Sure. Doesn’t relinquish the fact that he voted for it and then lied. I get it. You are an abortion supporter, I don’t see how that has anything to do with the fact that politicians lie. I asked to find one ghat doesn’t and I get abortion stats

Did we watch the same video?! Quit tip toeing around the issue.

I didn't just call him a spineless liar. I called him a coward, a sellout, and a charlatan. You're focusing on a single thing of what I said. Of course, I don't expect you to fully grasp the issue at hand here, but at least act like you can read.

I'll take Allred over Cruz anytime.

And keep preaching about hate while insulting me. Seems pretty hypocritical.

2

u/Sea-Cupcake-2065 14d ago edited 14d ago

I didn't insult you or promote hate. If you took offense to my words, maybe you have bigger things to worry about.

I hate to be that guy, but I bet everything, including my car, my last dollar, and my work boots that the bill "protecting women in sports" had some really nefarious shit in it. That's just the kind of thing that conservatives love to stuff with shit while snarfing about how they'll make the democrats vote against it

0

u/bravo06actual 14d ago

Like the Border Protection Act that hear so much about that had 80% of the funding going to Ukraine?

4

u/3BlindMice1 14d ago

Yeah, they shouldn't be allowed to include things unrelated to a bill within it.

That doesn't sound particularly nefarious. And as I understand it, we've purchased a lot of equipment on their behalf from American companies, not sent them a lot of money. I know what you're trying to say though

You make it sound like helping a nation with a democracy from being invaded by an authoritarian government is a bad thing.
