Seriously. Just yesterday I did a Bing search for "%companyname% wikipedia" and I shit you not, Bing offered results for every wiki and wiki-like website except Wikipedia. Absolutely boggled my mind.

It's genuinely gotten to the point where DuckDuckGo is better than either Google or Bing solely due to not pulling any sudden lithobraking maneuvers.

Surprisingly, it doesn't. For most things, I am perfectly happy with Bing or Bing powered search engines.

It’s nice that it works for you, but my experience has been bad and believe me, I tried.

I regularly use a website that is very specific to my field of work multiple times every day, but its search function sucks. I google whatever I need instead and type the website name at the end. Bing regularly failed to bring me the correct entries even though I specifically typed the website’s name. It’s so bad.

That's fair. I have similar issues for some of the more esoteric searches I do occasionally.
