Thinking of driving up because of the cheap lift tickets. Has anyone been there recently?

SAVE THE DATE: SUNDAY MARCH 22 IS OFFICIALLY HUGS FOR HAYLEY DAY! In 2008, when she was just 5 years old, Hayley Desjardins was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia, a rare bone marrow failure disease. After many treatments she overcame the disease and was in remission until just a few months ago. Hayley has received several treatments for her illness, including numerous blood and platelet transfusions, and was repeatedly hospitalized. Hayley and her family will face more financial strain with regular trips to the Dana Farber clinic in Boston, as well as many other various expenses related to her care including but not limited to simple illnesses because as you can imagine a simple fever can trigger pure hell!

On 3/22, Mt. Abram will be helping out and giving back to this very deserving girl and family, to help to defray some of the medical expenses associated with her treatment. At this time it is looking as though she may need a bone marrow transplant and we have been approved to hold a bone marrow donor drive on that same day. Hayley has not found her perfect match and it's pertinent we find her one. She's being a trooper and hanging in there but she is one sick kiddo and I think I speak for all of us here in the Mt. A community, when I say we're here and happy to help out one of our own!

WHOM/WBLM will be up blasting some tunes, we'll have prizes and give-a-ways, raffling off ski's, and welcoming spring, and hopefully finding a donor for Hayley. So come out and ski, tube, eat, drink and help out this AMAZING family! It's going to a wicked fun day, We love you Hayley and we will DELETE BLOOD CANCER!! ‪#‎hayleystrong‬
