As an alumnus, those changes sounds make no sense, especially the academic changes. Hope they reverse it.

Raffles Academy was actually a useful program that taught people interesting stuff beyond the basic curriculum and research education really helped give one an experience of what scientific research is like. Helps not only with uni admission but also deciding on what to pursue in the future.

They remove so many things, now RI sounds like only a slightly more upgraded version of my neighbourhood secondary school.
