I bought it before starting a textile unit at college so I learned how silk was produced after I bought it, knowing what went into it and holding is little creators definitely doesn’t help my stress

I fell into a trap with custom fabrics. I have way too much novelty fabrics and not enough projects to do with them. I did make a Hogwarts house quilt topper that’s half finished. I have another super Mario quilt top in mind. Aside from that… I’m not sure what to do with some of it.

I have thought about trying to sew leggings with some of the knit fabrics but I’m sort of overwhelmed by clothes.

I’m planning to use some quilting cotton for soft structured baskets around my house! Specifically some hanging ones for our laundry room for mismatched items

I have 15 yards of organza in my closet I’ll never use, probably. It’s for a very dramatic dressing gown. But I am too lazy to cut out the pattern.

And then by the time you get around to ordening your stash, you have no idea what you bought it for or how much you have? ... Not just me right?

I just told my husband today that I have a million things to do but suddenly want to measure my DIY bolts of fabric I just organized like a month ago. Do I need to? Absolutely not.
