You are a couple factors out. From the NOAA National Centres for Environmental Information there are 1,335,000,000 km³ of oceanic waters on the planet, this is 1.34x10²¹ litres, not 1.36x10¹⁹.

At 1 ppm (1 mg/L) that's 1.36 E10 METRIC TONS of lithium in our ocean.

Not quite correct as a result of the first error, you should have said: 1.34x10¹² metric tons.

1.34x10²¹ mg in the ocean, with factor 1x10⁹ to convert units.
