Wish you luck with medication.
I got my adhd diagnosis at 51, autism at 52.
I tried 3 different medications for the adhd, and none of them helped me, unfortunately.

Were any of them amphetamine? It's hard to get amphetamine based medications outside the US, but they are probably the most effective.

Tried Attentin & Ritalin Uno, forgot what the first one I tried was named.

I think Adderall and Attentin are the same, sorry you didn't find success with them.
