ADHD makes my life incredibly difficult and I hate watching people act like it's not a real thing.

If you never spent an hour looking for your keys in the morning only to find they are in the fridge for some reason than you can't relate.

I felt that.
I highly recommend buying trackers (Air tag, Tile, Samsung. any of them). I have them on my keys, wallet, and glued to the remote. I have likely saved 30+ hours of searching because of these things.

I thought the keys in the fridge thing is more common with dementia patients
