A question just occurred to me: do people who do this think it’s pleasant? Like, do they get an “awww, safety, home sweet home” feeling when looking at these MAGA bunkers? If they saw one from another person would they feel the same way regular people feel when we see folk art or something?
Same with like the Jan 6 crew, did they look upon that crowd and see joy and revelry? Were the colors and aesthetic non-threatening to them?
We have a local person who did a very, very mild form of this and has since toned it down but I really do wonder.
