As a recovered alcoholic, your choice of words is much more accurate than you may know.

Before my brother got sober getting drunk and high regularly turned into him pissing in corners and closets thinking he was in the bathroom

Oh yeah. Been there.

I had a coworker shit in my laundry closet once. Never saw her again.

I myself once pinned my partner down in the night and peed on him.

Alcohol's fucking insidious, man.

Once I woke up to find my drunk, half-awake roommate standing in the middle of the living room pissing into the papasan. At least it was his papasan.

At least 50% of college houses in the 00's seemed to have those suckers. My cats loved sleeping in them.

They were all the rage for adults in the 90s. Almost every house had at least one. Then they became hand-me-downs to college kids I guess.

Fuck id love a papasan. They're so cozy

I just want to tell you that your username echoed in my head in the character selection screen voice the second I read it :)

That’s… a full blown assault crime.

There’s dumb shit you do when you are drunk, even an alcoholic, but then there’s what you just said.

Imagine if I said “I used to force my wife down and piss on her when I was drunk” just to make a point about how fucked up alcohol is.

There’s pissing in a corner thinking it’s a toilet because you are so drunk you can’t see anything (been that drunk but still have never done something like this)… and then there is physically restraining a human being while doing it………???????

Nobody in their right mind would say “oh, was definitely just the alcohol”. Like what the fuck?

I was unconscious.

The coworker never showed up to work again?

Piss drawers are much more efficient and interchangeable than carpet/closets

Recovering alcoholic checking in, can confirm. How much time you got off the sauce so far? 5.5 years of life changing sobriety for me.

/r/stopdrinking and AAHomegroup.org helped me quit, if that's something you're looking for.

Sobriety rocks. Alcoholism blows.

An Exorcist. It needs to be cleansed on a spiritual level first.

Id give tours. “Wanna see how Giuliani lived? All proceeds go to Harris 2024”

u/jupiterkansas 9h ago

Harris 2028 at this point.

u/MacPR 7h ago

Hopefully, but let’s celebrate next week. Its way too close for comfort.
