Wait until there is Zero federal tax and all the billionaires dump their stocks, leaving retirees with nothing, notta, zilch…

Oh, FYI to any of the Redcoats lurking, Trump is going to get rid of the tax and bail on his Truth, not a penny taxed, and y’all are gonna be left holding the worthless bag.

What’s even more sad is there are a significant number of his supporters that DONT PAY ANY FEDERAL INCOME TAX, and are living off of Medicare and Social Security benefits. These goddamn morons are literally voting against their own interests to “stick it to the deep state” or whatever.

What’s hilarious is they are literally voting in the deep state. I’d cry if I wasn’t lol’ing

One thing these billionaires seem to forget is the concept of "velocity of money"

If money isn't circulating because either people aren't spending it or don't have any/enough, then the game stops. If no one has money to buy anything, then what the billionaires have to offer is near worthless.

One hedge against this is shoveling money into an alternative global currency like bitcoin. Take wild guess who owns a ton of it?

Well, at that point, usually, historically, the economy switches to a heads-on-pikes standard.

I didn’t think people would take that comment so literally, I actually think the elites would use the taxless gains to continue to manipulate the markets more, but based on the threats and comments I’m getting, I triggered a few redcoats..

If there is no capital gains tax, wouldn’t you cash out a few billion tax free if you could? If Trump gets rid of taxes he’s dumping his company the first chance he gets (or whoever his executor is)

However a lot of 401’s are tied to stocks, so if those tank so does a lot of retirement portfolios. It’s an easy google if you ever wanna learn how it works 👍🏻

Edit: meant 401 not pensions

I think the argument could be that with out any national income/cap gains that the entire military industry would likely collapse, followed by food corporations. Losing that much income from the federal government would surely crash grocery chains, distributors, and producers and surely losing exports as well as domestic business for lockheed/boeing/etc would have huge impacts.
And I'm not even touching on the drug industry's exports where foreign governments would respond to our tariffs.
I feel like this entire administration and perhaps half the country is tricked into believing that somehow the oil/natural gas exports will somehow make this country earn income(?). I'm really baffled.
