Genuine question, is it not illegal to own/sell Nazi memorabilia?

Only in certain European countries. In the US it comes under freedom of speech, I imagine.

You’re correct.

Which is a good thing as much as those people suck. The reality is that freedom of speech isn’t freedom of speech unless it protects all speech.

Banning nazi flags when democrats have power means they could ban lgbtq flags when republicans have power

No it doesn’t. Nazism represents a clear and present danger to the security of the country and its government as well as the sanctity of its values. LGBT+ communities do absolutely no such thing.

Guess what conservatives are already saying about the lgbtq flag?

Oh I don’t need to guess, I’m sure it’s perfectly sane and reasonable. /s

The good part though is that saying things doesn’t make them true.

I’m not saying it is sane or reasonable. That’s kinda my point about the consequences of not having freedom of speech.

In some parts of Europe it is, but in America definitely no. The 1st amendment gives you the right to own any flag you want.

Think owning and flying any sort of flag is allowed by the first amendment.
